Went for this mass public run event (knew this event through hwachong EMB) with jun hao - 5km run which is a pretty good warm up practice run for the Singapore Bay Run on 16th aug (10km) haha. Anyway, morning dunno why but i OVERSLEPT. Lucky jh called me to wake me up so i can ZB down to republic poly in time to start off the run.
The distance was rather short so in no time the run was finished, but everyone was waiting for the lucky draw - 1st prize being a Chevrolet car and 2nd/3rd prize was 42" LCD TV with lots of other vouchers, but it seemd that most of the prizes went to all the aunties who participated in the fun walk.
Today was supposed to register and book the genting trip in mid july but gum wanted more time to deliberate so didn't book in time...dunno what would be the outcome.
Tmr will be starting work again - invigilating block test papers. Hope it would be smooth haha.
